"5 star service for everything. Me and my wife go to karens for my daughter's shoes and boots and for all the gear you need to keep your kids warm and dry. They have quality shoes and clothing that lasts. We have been going there steady for 4 years now since my daughter has been born. We recently had a issue with her 1 month old shoes that the lights burnt out after a month. Without hesitation they solved our issue right away with the shoe company. They also gave us a new pair fitted shoes the same day. The owners/workers are very warm and treat you like family. They always fit our daughter with the proper shoe size and fit. they always have sales as well. So dont hesitate and support local. You won't regret it."

"Can’t say enough good things about this store. I’ve been shopping here since my now 2.5 year old started walking. She has wide feet so John (the owner) recommended Geox and Frodos and they gave her all the support she needed. He always carries the best brands, puts in special orders when he doesn’t have her size, and advises us on best fit. He also has a little play area and toilet/changing station and a rewards program! We only shop with him for shoes for our little one and intentionally go there cuz of how kind he and his staff are. Thanks as always !"
