Because of the nature of children’s footwear and the costs associated with shipping, handling, and inventory, we have established the following policy to ensure fairness and sustainability for our small business.

Orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

During peak seasons or sales, processing times may be slightly longer.
Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on location, size, and weight of the order.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Delivery

Once an order has shipped, Karen’s 4or Kids is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

Customers are responsible for ensuring all shipping details are accurate at checkout.
Return Policy
Due to the high costs of shipping, restocking, and handling footwear, we maintain a strict return policy.
All Sales Are Final – With Limited Exceptions
We do not offer refunds. Returns are accepted only for store credit and only if all conditions below are met.
Eligible Returns (Store Credit Only)
To qualify for a return:

The item must be unworn, unused, and in original packaging

The return request must be made within 7 days of delivery

Shoes must show no signs of wear, scuffing, creasing, or outdoor use
Any item that does not meet these conditions will be returned to the customer at their expense.
