Established in 1947, Karen’s 4 Kids has proudly served generations of families, originally founded by the Blaine family, who built the business on trust, craftsmanship, and a deep understanding of children’s footwear. The Blaine family carried this legacy forward for decades, keeping the store family-run and community-focused until 2020, when we were honored to take the reins.

My husband John and I (Debbie) had the privilege of being personally trained by Jack and Arnie Blaine, who ran the store for over 40 years after taking it over from their father. They passed down more than just a business — they taught us the art of proper shoe fitting, a skill rooted in experience, patience, and genuine care for every child who walks through the door.
